To be eligible for MSAA tickets this season, you will need to have completed the the Employee Manual Quiz below. Make sure you have read our Employee Manual prior to starting the quiz, you will need to obtain at least a 90% on the quiz to pass.
If your department has any additional online training, it will also be linked here. Once you have completed the Employee Manual Quiz, you can move on to your department specific quiz.

Someone in your lesson has sustained an injury, what is the correct order of events?
Contact Ski Patrol, inform them that Ski Patrol is on their way and take the remainder of your class back to the base to wait for the injured rider, once all riders have been picked-up or excused from the lesson take a quick ride break to clear your head, call the Director to inform them and fill out appropiate paperwork.
Check with student and give them the option to wait for patrol or meet patrol at the base, have the student fill out necessary paperwork, finish paperwork the next day you are scheduled to work, send the director an email to let them know the details of the incident
Call student's parent (if child), call patrol if needed, fill out associated paperwork, inform the Director next time you see Sarah
Conact Ski Patrol, contact Director or if they are not available contact the supervisor, wait for patrol to arrive, fill out necessary paperwork, follow up with Ski Patrol to ensure all paperwork has been completed, debrief with Director
There could be situations where Patrol may not be needed, however always offer it to the injured person.
